WEG CFW-08 WASH Duty (IP56) Variable Frequency DriveFriday, 5 February 2010
The frequency inverter CFW-08 Wash is an inverter dedicated to applications that require a higher degree of protection. The IP56 degree of protection assures protection against dust, dirt and water. The CFW-08 Wash is based on the proven technology of the current CFW-08 product line.
The CFW-08 Wash can be used in a large variety of applications such as food, beverage or chemical industries. CFW-08 Wash features:
Standard conformal coating of all PCBA's (tropicalization);
Power: 0.75 to 15kW;
Voltage: 200 to 240V, 380 to 480V and 500 to 600V;
V/F and Sensorless Vector Control;
Motor protections;
Programming and monitoring Superdrive Software;
Internal EMC filters;
Sinusoidal PWM modulation - Space Vector Modulation;
Single and Three phase input voltage;
150% current overload capacity;
Dynamic Braking resistor;
32 bit RISC microprocessor controlled PWM output;
2.5/5/10/15kHz adjustable switching frequency;
Four isolated programmable digital inputs (NPN or PNP);
Two programmable relay outputs (250Vac/0.5A);
Two programmable analog inputs (can be programmed as two extra DI's or PTC inputs);
One programmable analog output.
The CFW-08 Wash provides several protective features, such as: overcurrent/output, short-circuit, output ground fault, DC link under/overvoltage, inverter temperature, motor/inverter overload (IxT), external fault, programming error, self-tuning error and defective inverter:
Linear and "S" ramp acceleration and deceleration;
Local/remote control;
Torque Boost;
Motor slip compensation;
Electronic pot;
Preset speeds;
Adjustable V/F profile;
Maximum and minimum adjustable frequency limits;
Two skip frequency;
Adjustable output current limit;
